Thirteen set programmes, or your own spec from 1,000 pcs — shapes, finishes and handles built around what you sell.
Every knife in the set at its true relative size. Ask for the price at your quantity and we will quote the knives, the gift box and the packing together.
MOQ — 1,000 pcs per order Counted by the piece: a five-piece set at 200 sets already reaches the minimum (200 × 5 = 1,000). Mix any models freely in one order — totals under 1,000 pcs carry a mold (tooling) fee. Contact us for details.
Mirror-polished sets — the wavy lines on those blades are the room reflected in the steel, not an etched or Damascus pattern. Send your finish and we quote that.
All are running programmes. Price and terms are quoted against your order quantity. They are a few of many, not the extent of it. Sets are counted by their contents — a five-piece set adds five toward the 1,000-piece minimum. Gift box and packing are quoted with the set. Every series can be re-handled, re-marked and re-packed for your market — tell us what it has to look like and what it has to sell for.
The same blade shapes run across the sets. Here they are grouped by type, so you can put the builds side by side and pick the pieces you want — as part of a set, or on their own against the 1,000-piece minimum. Where a measurement is shown, it comes from the current production sample.
Short, light and pointed — the hand knife for fruit, peeling and the small jobs.
The middle length of the set — too big for a paring knife, too small for a chef’s blade.

Serrated edge on a long, narrow blade — through the crust without crushing the crumb.

Long, slim and plain-edged — a roast or a fillet in one clean draw.

The wide, curved blade that does most of the work on a board.

Deep blade with a hollow-ground face, so what you cut falls away instead of clinging to the steel.
Types are a starting point, not a limit. What is on this page is a sample of the line, not its limit — nakiri, boning, fillet, steak, cheese, cleaver, sashimi and kiritsuke all run on the same equipment. Send the shape you need as a photo, a drawing or a physical sample and we will tell you what it takes and at what quantity it can be made.

Nothing on this page is locked. These are the four levers buyers use most.
